Surrendering Your Pet

We understand that the decision to surrender your beloved pet is never easy and often comes after careful thought and challenging circumstances. Before taking this step, we encourage you to explore other options that might help keep your pet in your home. Have you tried training, consulting with your veterinarian, or working with a behaviorist? Sometimes a little guidance or support can make a world of difference. If you’ve exhausted these options or feel surrendering is the best choice for your pet, we are here to help and support you in making the transition as smooth as possible. While we may not be able to intake every surrender request, we are here to help and will do our best to guide you in the right direction to ensure your pet's safety and well-being.

Please complete the surrender form listed below with as much detail as possible about your pet. You must include photos and medical records(if any exist).

If this is an urgent medical surrender or if you have found an abandoned animal, please also email us with "URGENT" in the subject line and we will follow up with you as quickly as possible.
